AI takeover: Degrading Humanity

The very first question which explodes in every person’s mind about AI is “Is AI going against humanity, is it a threat to the human world?” To answer this question unbiased, like every coin has two sides, it is evident that AI too can have its own advantages and disadvantages. To make things clear, we first need to understand that nothing can replace humans. AI is driven by humans. Computers and humans are two different entities which make things easier by working as a single cognitive unit. Computers are dependent on humans for their execution. The man “behind the curtains” enables the computer to work. Without humans, computers can’t exist.

But, we have to use AI in such a way that its a boon to the world and be beneficial towards mankind and society. This AI takeover becomes a hypothetical situation where robots and computers may become the dominant species in the world, the world going away from humans. Big world techies such that Stephen Hawking, Bill Gates and Elon Musk have expressed their concerns about the possibility that AI could develop to the point that humans can’t control it. Theoretically, creators can have the foresight to control the superintelligent creatures developed by them
