Watson Text to Speech Releases 5 New Neural Voices!
We are pleased to announce that IBM Watson Text to Speech, a cloud service that enables users to converts text into natural-sounding audio, has introduced five new neural voices (four US English voices and a German voice). These new voices are now generally available in our public cloud offering.
